Additionally, enjoy dedicated mobility days after each 4-week section to improve flexibility and movement. Get ready to challenge yourself and see remarkable improvements in your strength and overall fitness level with our structured program. **This is a continuation of the "6 Weeks Starting Out Program". If you are new to lifting weights, please complete the 6-week program first.
